Can I book less than 7 days or add extra days?

Unfortunately no you cannot. We only sell our fixed weekly packages.

How do I book a single room?

You have to book as 2 persons. You will also be charged as 2 persons. So choose the bed & breakfast pack and book for 2 people. If we have double rooms available they will appear as an option. After you have booked and placed payment, please send us your booking number if you also want to add surf lessons. A surf lesson pack of 5 lessons costs always the same as one bed & breakfast pack. Easy to remember and easy to calculate then what you will be charged on top of the stuff you already booked :)

Do you have double rooms? I cannot see any..

To see the double rooms you have to choose to book for 2 persons. Then, IF we have double rooms available, they will appear. If they do not appear, they are already booked by someone else Im afraid. Please try other dates.

We are 2 pax travelling together and we want to book a double room but in different surf levels, how do we do it?

In this case you have to book both in the same level. Unfortunately our system cannot process two different packages in the same booking, and you cannot book double rooms if you book one by one. But not to worry. We can fix this all manually later. So the best way here to ensure you get the double room, is to book together on for instance level 1. then AFTER you have booked, you can send us a mail with the order number, and we will manually change the level of surf lessons on one person.

I can see you have 2 spots free, but I cannot book one of them. Is there something wrong on the site?

This means that the two spots we have left are double rooms and you are booking as 1 person. We do not allow 1 person to book a spot in a double room alone. This to avoid strangers sharing a double room together. Awkward..

Terms & Conditions for the training trip
📝 Open Purchase Policy
Flexible free cancellation and full refund within 14 days of booking.
After the initial 14-day period, refunds are only available if cancellation insurance is purchased. A cancellation fee of €85 per person will be deducted, with the remaining payment refunded.

📝 Payment Terms
Deposit Fee: A 25% deposit of the package price is required upon booking for group trips. This includes the cancellation insurance fee, if chosen.
Final Payment: The remaining 75% of the package price is due 90 days before departure.

📝 Lapoint Cancellation Insurance
Optional for €85 per person at booking.
Cancel up to 1 day before the trip and receive a full refund minus the €85 cancellation fee per person.

📝 Cancellation Without Lapoint Insurance
After the 14-day open purchase period, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Partial refunds for the final payment:
90–60 days before the trip: 100% refund of the final payment.
60–30 days before the trip: 50% refund of the final payment.
30–14 days before the trip: 25% refund of the final payment.
Less than 14 days before the trip: No refund.
If you need to cancel, contact your trip leader and Lapoint immediately. You can transfer your package to someone else if interested.

📝In the unlikely event of lack of sign ups: the trip will be cancelled if less than 7 sign-up by 28th June 2025. Everyone who may have booked will be contacted and offered optional packages from Lapoint or full refund.
